Children's Book Illustrating Competition


On 4 September 2010, Anna was announced winner of the fifth 'CYA Later Alligator' Illustration Competition at the Children's and Young Adult writers and illustration conference.

Held in partnership with the Brisbane Writers Festival, the entries were judged by Paul Collins from Ford Street Publishing. Anna illustrated artwork for The Moon Serpent's Garden (Extract by Anita Bell).

The conference was aimed as professional development for new and established writers and illustrators of Children's and Young Adult literature.
